Data Deletion

How users can request deletion of account data, support data, or app-related records.Updated May 5, 2026

Deletion requests

Send deletion requests to playstore@diouane.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Include the app name, package name, account email or identifier if applicable, and the type of data you want deleted. App-specific deletion pages are also available under each app subdomain, for example realert.diouane.com/data-deletion and mgc.diouane.com/data-deletion.

Processing

Diouane Entertainment may ask for verification before deleting data tied to an account, support thread, or device identifier.

Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

Local-only data

Some apps store data only on the user's device. In those cases, deleting the app, clearing app storage, or using in-app deletion controls may be required to remove local data.
