Realert Privacy Policy
App-specific privacy notice for account data, ads, SDKs, deletion, and user choices.May 7, 2026App and privacy contact
Realert (com.diouane.realert) is published by Diouane Entertainment, operated by Mohamed Diouane in Morocco.
This policy applies to the app, the app support pages, and the app legal URL at https://realert.diouane.com/privacy. Privacy requests can be sent to relaert@diouane.com.
This policy may change if account, cloud sync, analytics, advertising, or other online features are added or changed in the future. Users should review this page periodically.
Data we collect or process
Realert does not currently include account creation. We do not collect account profile data or sensitive personal data on our servers for this app. Any app data described below is intended to remain on the user's device unless an app store, advertising SDK, diagnostics provider, or platform service processes limited technical data under its own terms.
Notification access may allow the app to read notification text, app name, sender-visible notification metadata, media notification previews, timestamps, and notification status after the user grants Android notification access.
Device, app, and diagnostics data may include device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, performance data, IP address, approximate region, language, session events, security events, consent choices, Android Advertising ID or other resettable advertising identifiers where available, and SDK instance identifiers.
Advertising data may include ad requests, impressions, clicks, reward events, frequency capping signals, fraud-prevention signals, and coarse location or device signals inferred by advertising partners where permitted.
Notification history and recovered message data are designed to be stored on the user's device only. We do not transmit notification content to our servers. Local records can be removed in the app, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.
How data is used
Data is used to provide local app features, store preferences or progress on the device, diagnose crashes, improve reliability, respond to support requests voluntarily sent by the user, show ads where disclosed, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Sensitive permissions are requested only for features that need them. If a permission or SDK processing is not reasonably expected from the feature, the app should show an in-app disclosure and request consent before access begins.
Advertising partners
The app may use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, and mediation or measurement services. These partners may process advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, app activity, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostics to deliver ads, personalize ads where allowed, measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Where required, the app uses consent, age, child-directed, mixed-audience, or limited-data settings before personalized ads or SDK processing begins. Users can change device advertising settings, reset or delete advertising identifiers, or submit an opt-out request through the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Advertising partners may update their own privacy notices, SDK behavior, consent tools, or regional settings. Users should review the linked partner policies periodically.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be processed by app stores, authentication providers, cloud hosting, database, moderation, analytics, crash reporting, advertising, mediation, fraud-prevention, communication, and support providers when those services are used for this app.
We do not sell personal information as a data broker. Advertising, analytics, and measurement may be considered sharing under some privacy laws, and opt-out choices are provided where applicable.
Security, retention, and deletion
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data, including encrypted transmission where applicable and access controls for support and administration.
Local-only data remains on the user's device until the user removes it. We do not keep account records for this app because the app does not currently offer accounts.
Because Realert has no account system, there is no account deletion button. Local app data can be removed from the device by using available in-app controls, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app. Advertising identifiers and SDK-level records may need to be managed through Android settings, Google Play, or the relevant advertising partner controls.
Users can request deletion from https://realert.diouane.com/data-deletion or by emailing relaert@diouane.com. Local-only data must be removed on the device by using in-app controls, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.
Age 13+ and children
Realert is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 should not create an account, submit personal information, or use account or community features.
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, local law may require parental consent until the digital consent age set by the relevant country, which can be higher than 13. Where required, the app and advertising SDKs should use child-directed, mixed-audience, limited-data, or non-personalized settings.
The declared audience and content rating for Realert are maintained in Google Play and may change as the app is updated.
Regional privacy rights

United States: state privacy laws may provide rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. COPPA applies to online services directed to children under 13 or services with actual knowledge that they collect personal information from children under 13.

Indonesia: under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, users may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, limitation, and other rights where the law applies.

Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, objection, or opt-out where applicable. We may need to verify the account, email, device, or request details before fulfilling the request.
