Realert Data Deletion

How to request deletion of an app account, associated data, and local app records.May 7, 2026

No app account

Realert does not currently provide account creation, so there is no account deletion button and no app account for us to delete.

Local app data is stored on the user's device and can be removed by using available in-app controls, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app.

If you sent a support or privacy request by email, you can ask us to delete support messages associated with that request by emailing relaert@diouane.com. Advertising identifiers and SDK records may need to be managed through Android settings, Google Play, or the relevant advertising partner controls.

What can be deleted

There are no app account records to delete for this app. Deletion normally covers local data on your device, support messages you sent to us, and any limited technical or legal records we control where applicable.

Uninstalling the app does not delete advertising records or device identifiers held by app stores or advertising providers. Those records must be managed through device settings or provider privacy tools.

Local-only data

Notification history and recovered message data are designed to be stored on the user's device only. We do not transmit notification content to our servers. Local records can be removed in the app, by clearing app storage, or by uninstalling the app.

We may not be able to delete records that exist only on your device because they are not stored on our servers. Use in-app deletion controls where available, clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app to remove local-only data.

Advertising and SDK records

Advertising partners such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network may process device-level or advertising-identifier data under their own privacy notices. We do not have app account records for this app, and provider-held advertising records may need to be managed through device settings, consent prompts, or the provider's privacy controls.

You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID in device settings where supported and submit a Do Not Sell or Share request where applicable.

Verification, timing, and retained records

For apps with no account system, we usually do not need account verification because no account exists. We may only need enough detail to locate a specific support message or request.

Local data remains on your device until you remove it. Support messages or limited records we control may be retained only where needed for security, legal compliance, or resolving the request.

Meta or Facebook connected services

If an advertising or platform integration uses Meta or Facebook services, its records and consent choices may need to be managed through Meta, Facebook, device, or ad consent settings.
